We had a great time staying at this budget hotel! The location was fantastic, with the Bencoolen MRT station right opposite the hotel and easy walk to attractions like Raffles hotel. The rooms were comfortable, with a separate bathroom and a kitchenette. The staff were very accommodating and even allowed us to store our bags and freshen up before our late flight. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus too!
The property is a bit dated and could use a freshen up.

Convenient location near MRT lines, Little India, and Orchard Road. Comfortable apartment with great cleaning service. Kitchen and showers are impressive. Rooftop pool is clean and large. Helpful and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was right at Beencoolen station and in the Bencoolen area. Transportation was convenient with easy access to three MRT stations. Plus, I was thrilled to find out that it was close to many good food places as well as shopping centres.
Couldn't fault anything.

My recent stay at Somerset Bencoolen was fantastic. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a fully appointed kitchen and even a bathtub in the ensuite. The location was perfect, with the MRT and buses just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I particularly loved the cozy lobby, where I could relax and enjoy some cooled lemon water. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful. Our room was excellent with a central location. The rooftop pool was clean and towels were provided. They stored our luggage and allowed us to shower before our late night flight. The position was central for walking and public transportation.

Great location near a shopping complex with a taxi stand nearby. The service is excellent and offers airport shuttle and laundry facilities. Rooms include free Wi-Fi, ironing facilities and a safe. There's also a pool and sun terrace.
We recommend this hotel for everyone.
